This refund policy applies to all purchases of the Plant-Based Sports and Exercise Nutrition online course.
1. Digital Product
This course is a digital product delivered online. Upon purchase, you will receive access to the course content via an online platform.
2. Waiver of Right to Cancel
By purchasing this course, you expressly agree to receive immediate access to the digital content.
In doing so, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
3. No Refunds After Access
Due to the digital nature of the course, no refunds are offered once the course, or any part of it, has been accessed.
4. Refunds Before Access
If you purchase the course but do not access any of the content, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
