Hear What Others Have to Say About Our Course

This course was a confidence booster to share evidence based plant-based advice to athletes and exercisers.

Highly recommend it.

Prof. Andrew KL Robinson

Public Health Physician

I am glad I took the time to undertake this course when I did. It covered the missing areas left by other mainstream nutrition courses I’ve taken, and am in the process of taking. The course includes essential information not just for athletes but also for anyone looking to improve their health or achieve body composition goals. I especially value how it addresses topics often omitted from other plant-based nutrition programs.

LC

Plant-Based Healthcare Professional

The course is exceptionally well put together and provides valuable information from experienced professionals on various aspects of sports nutrition.

During my training as a dietitian in South Africa, we cover very little about sports nutrition, so this course was especially beneficial.

I would definitely recommend it.

Pierrette Nhlapo, RD

Dietitian

I found this sports and exercise nutrition course excellent! It thoroughly examines sports physiology, nutrition, and even extends further to explore factors beyond nutrition that boost athletic performance. My favourite modules were macronutrients, sports fuelling & hydration, and ergogenic aids. The knowledge gained holds universal value. As someone who isn’t strictly vegan, I found that this course helps both practitioners and athletes to excel, whether you’re plant-based or not.

I truly enjoyed this course and wholeheartedly recommend it.

Dr Mani Malawana

General Practitioner

I really enjoyed the course. It was well-designed and provided a wealth of content on plant-based nutrition for athletes. It was well-rounded and fairly versatile, offering a good balance of biological concepts and practical information. It’s as useful to a nutritionist as it would be to a recreational athlete or fitness enthusiast wanting to know more about the role nutrition and lifestyle play in their performance.

I highly recommend this course.

Anumeha Gupta

Nutritionist

Kudos to the team for a fantastic course!

The speakers were excellent. They genuinely knew their topics. The weekly releases and check-ins made the learning experience engaging.

I think the information covered is important and useful for everyone.

Victoria O'Driscoll

Absolutely excellent course!

The weekly release of content was a great approach. It helped me to absorb and put the knowledge into practice. The course significantly expanded my understanding of plant-based nutrition and plant-based diets for athletes.

I highly recommend this course!
